11. Cancellation or modification by the customer

18. Conservation – Archiving

2.     Each party cannot be held liable towards the other party in the event of non-performance of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event. It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends, for the parties, the execution of their reciprocal obligations and that each party bears the burden of the resulting costs.

 

23. Dispute resolution

 

1.     The customer is informed by LA CHARTREUSE DU VAL SAINT-ESPRIT of the possibility of resorting, in the event of a dispute relating to these general conditions, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative method of dispute resolution, under the conditions provided for in Title I of Book VI of the Consumer Code.
